PLEASE NOTE:
In the spirit of transparency, most of our couples invest around $50,000+ for a 100-guest wedding, inclusive of catering and vendor services.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Prices above do not include 5.3% Virginia Sales Tax.
Half of the Venue fee (non-refundable) is taken up front and the other 1/2 is due 30 days before the event.

​An additional $1000 damage security deposit is required with the signed contract.

Full service caterers & planners are required & must be chosen from
The Market at Grelen's preferred vendor list. ​

Ceremonies cannot start earlier than 4:30 pm
Sunday Events must end by 10PM; Friday & Saturday Events must end by 11PM
In July & August the tent top is changed to solid white vs. clear.

Holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Columbus Day & New Year's Eve/Day.​​

Weddings for guest counts of 200+ are charged an additional $10/person.
