Congratulations on taking this exciting step in your wedding planning journey! We’re so glad you’re considering a visit to one of our Grelen properties. To help us serve you best, we kindly ask that all prospective clients both submit an inquiry through our website and schedule a tour. Submitting an inquiry adds you to our client portal, making communication and appointment details seamless as we move forward together.

In Person Tours
Whether you're newly engaged or still exploring your options, there’s no better way to experience the beauty and charm of a Grelen property than with an in-person tour. From the scenic landscapes of The Market at Grelen to the timeless elegance of Boxwood Villa, each of our venues offers something unique. Use the form below to schedule a visit and let us help you envision your perfect celebration.
Since the Market is closed to the public in January and February, we require all couples to first complete a discovery call or a virtual consultation. Once that’s done, you’re welcome to book your in-person visit!
​To be fair to all prospective couples, we offer one in-person tour per wedding. We encourage you to bring any key decision-makers along!
Discovery Call
Not able to visit us in person? Take the self-guided virtual tour (see below), and after, sign up for an appointment for a Q & A session with a member of our events team. Whether you're just starting your venue search or ready to ask detailed questions, we're here to help you every step of the way.
Please note, we do require that couples signing up for a discovery call or virtual consultation have previously taken the self guided venue tour and reviewed our wedding brochure.
