Half of the Venue fee is taken up front and the other 1/2 is due 30 days before the event.  

As partners with Carats & Cake for no extra fee, clients can split up the first payment into four equal payments!

Holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor  Columbus Day  & New Year's Eve/Day.

​Prices above do not include 5.3% Virginia Sales Tax.

​An additional $1000 damage security deposit is required with the signed contract.

Weddings for guest counts of 200+ are charged an additional $10/person.

The Market at Grelen's preferred vendor list.  Clients must hire at least a day-of coordinator.

 

Ceremonies cannot start earlier than 4:30 pm. 

 

In July & August the tent top is solid white vs. clear.

​The tent top changes from clear to white every July and August. Due to increasing summer temperatures, if the forecasted temperatures for the last two weeks of June or the first two weeks of September exceed 90 degrees, we will extend the use of the white top to ensure the safety of vendors and guests. The white top can reduce the temperature inside the tent by at least 10 degrees, whereas the clear top is unsuitable for extreme heat. Please note that The Market at Grelen reserves the right to switch to the white top earlier in June or maintain it later into September if the forecasted temperature exceeds 90 degrees. This means if the temperature for the 3rd week in June is 90+, but the last week in June is below 90, the tent might be white for that final week.  We will not be switching it back and forth.  Once we change it, it will be there for the season.  If a client requests a top switch outside of these conditions, the rental cost, including labor, is approximately $1200 and must be coordinated thru Gibson Tent Rental.
