• ​Prices above DO NOT include 5.3% Virginia Sales Tax or Catering Services
• Ceremonies may begin after 4:30 pm
• Weddings for guest counts of 200+ are charged and additional $10/person
• Full service caterers & planners are required & must be chosen from The Market at Grelen's preferred vendor list
• In July & August the tent top is solid white vs. clear.
• SUNDAY EVENTS must end at 10PM; FRI. & SAT. EVENTS must end at 11PM
